" What kind of chair do I need to use my Switch on?"
The answer is, any chair, sofa, recliner or bed. Also with the active bands you do not rely on any chairs at all.
" How long can I use The Switch for?"
The Switch has an automatic 15 minute time limit as a safety feature ( so you don't over do it or if you fall asleep ). We recommend 15 minutes in one area or you can do your whole body in that time frame.
" The Switch has a car adapter, can I use it while I am driving?"
We don't recommend driving with The Switch, however It is great if you are having a break during a long journey or if you drive a lot when you are having a rest.
" Can my kids use The Switch? "
Yes children can use The Switch, we advise from the ages of five and up. Place The Switch under their legs they love it!

Subject to the terms and conditions set out below, White Hawk Products Ltd. agrees to replace the product and any White Hawk Products Ltd. accessory supplied with it, purchased by you from White Hawk Products Ltd. in circumstances where the product does not perform in accordance with White Hawk Products Ltd. specifications during the 24 month warranty period, commencing on the date of delivery or direct sale of the product.
Proof of purchase invoice, receipt or order confirmation must be provided when requesting service under the standard warranty.
We are here to help if there is any issues with your product contact our team to resolve any problems failure to troubleshoot any issues may result in a void of any warranty claim.
The customer is required to inspect all goods received from White Hawk Products Ltd. upon delivery in instances of goods that may have been damaged in transit. The customer is required to report this to White Hawk within £ working days of delivery. Failure to do so may result denial of warranty for physical damage.
White Hawk reserves the right to replace any product or relevant accessory with the same or equivalent products.
If White Hawk Products Ltd. is unable to replace the product or accessory, the customer will receive a full refund to the value of the product or accessory excluding the associated delivery cost. In the event of a refund the product and or accessory will become the property of White Hawk Products Ltd.
White Hawk Products Ltd. reserve reasonable discretion to determine whether any product is or is not performing in accordance with White Hawks specifications, subject to applicable law.
To the full extent permitted by law the standard warranty will not apply in respect of a product if:
The product has not been operated, maintained or used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions or specifications provided with the product.
The factory-applied serial number has been altered or removed from the product.
damage, malfunction or failure resulting from alterations, accident, misuse, abuse, fire, liquid spillage, misuse of customer controls, use on incorrect voltage, power surges and dips, thunderstorm activity, force majeure, voltage supply problems, tampering or unauthorised repairs by persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, exposure to corrosive materials or entry by insects, vermin or any foreign object in the product.
White Hawk Products Ltd. excludes all 3rd party warranties, conditions, terms, representations and undertakings whether express or implied.
Change of mind cancellations:
We endeavour to provide our customers with compete satisfaction, however if you for any reason wish to cancel your order please return the product and any accessories within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
The packaging, product and any and all accessories must be in a 100% unused condition, in its original packaging. It must not have been used in any way and returned in a complete resalable condition.
Then you will receive a full refund of the product price paid.
